Orders are normally despatched either same day or next working day and shipped by courier. Order to delivery typically takes up to 5 working days and may depend upon where you live. Most deliveries are made within 2 working days.
We use different courier services according to the size and weight of the total order and where possible we will pass on either your email address or phone number for tracking purposes. The courier can then update you directly. Some couriers will send SMS updates if a mobile number has been provided.

UK orders are charged at £3.99 for ambient parcels and £5.99 or frozen deliveries.
These charges are subject to review from time to time and we will keep looking around for the best delivery deals. Updated prices will be applied when you order.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information being entered, if the recipient isn’t home or if the parcel is delayed through no fault of our own.
We are a UK based company, we currently do not offer delivery overseas.
I entered the wrong delivery address; can I change it?
